About Us…
It all started in 1976 when Ken & Joanne Goodridge bought this beautiful acreage as an investment; not a forever home. They fell in love with the place and inside this quaint little plantation town with under 100 people they made some lifetime friends. Fast forward nearly 50 years and their children, grandchildren & great grandchildren all have their own unique fondness for the property….and most especially for those 2 people they call Mom & Dad, Grammy (Nina) & Grampa, and Great Grammy (Nina) & Grampy.
